The heads of six UN agencies appealed to the world leaders to make sure that food and the materials fall into Palestinians in Gaza, where Israel stopped going to deliver deliveries for more than a month.
The joint statement states that the Palestinians were “trapped, bombed and hungry” again “with affiliations” gathered at the intersection points.
On March 2, Israel has blocked the entry of supplies, including humanitarian aid, after the first stage of ceasefire ended, demanding that Hamas agree to expand this part of the truce. Hamas refused, accusing Israel of restoring his commitments.
Israel said there was enough food “for a long period of time”, but the agencies said it was not.
“The last ceasefire allowed us to reach 60 days, which bombs, obstacles and robberies prevented us from doing 470 days of war: rescue supplies that reach almost every part of the gas,” the statement said.
“Although it suggested a short respite, the claims that there is enough food now to feed all the Palestinians in gas far from reality on earth, and the goods work very low.”
The statement was signed by the heads of the UN Office for Coordination of Humanities (OCHA); UN Children’s Agency (UNICEF); UN Office on Design Services (UNOPS); World Food Program (WFP); and the World Health Organization (WHO).

The statement states that “partially functional health care system is overloaded (I) … Medical and traumatic supplies are quickly exhausted.”
“With the tightened Israeli blockade on gas in the second month, we turn to the world leaders to act – firmly, urgently and decisively – to provide support for the basic principles of international humanitarian law.
“Protect civilians. Promote help. Select hostages. Restore the ceasefire.”
A two -month pause in the battles saw a surge of humanitarian aid in gas, as well as the release of Hamas out of 33 hostages – eight of them were killed – in exchange for about 1900 Palestinian prisoners held by Israel.
On March 18, Israel restored its airport and abusive in Gaza.
The war was caused by Hamos’s unprecedented attack on Israel on October 7, 2023, killing about 1,200 people and 251 people returned to gas as hostages.
Since then, more than 50 810 Palestinians have been killed in the Israeli offensive, the Ministry of Health Hamas reports.
