Two women who reported that there were drugs and raped by the prolific sexy offender Zhengoo Zho said they were attacked in 24 hours from each other, the BBC had set.

Zou did not return her Rachel’s phone until the next day. In a series of crazy messages in the Chinese app WeChat Rachel told her girlfriend what was still in the house and asked why she couldn’t come and get her.

Her girlfriend explained that she heard Rachel crying over the phone, but Zouu did not reveal her address.

“My friend was afraid that if she continued to ask, he would go to the extreme and hurt me,” Rachel said later in the BBC. He says Zhu ended up dropping her home a little earlier than 14:00. “The man treated me as a toy,” she said.

Rachel said she did not report the rape in the police in China because she was afraid that she had no sufficient evidence and worried that people would find out.

The second victim, which was attacked on the same day in October 2022, is called a woman D because her personality was not known in the UK police during the trial. However, he was convicted of rape using video -ads from his devices. She contacted the UK police shortly after his court ended in March 2025, learning about his conviction.

Responding to her report, a police officer asked for additional information about Rachel’s personality, saying that “it seemed that we had already contacted this person,” and that the account sounded “very identical to what we already have from this period.”

Rachel said she had never reported about the Chinese or British police.

BBC confirmed that the initials shared by MET in the correspondence to check with her the Rachel’s identity actually belonged to the woman D.

Zoh studied at the University of Queen in Belfast since 2017 before he goes to London in 2019 to make a master’s degree and then Doctor of Sciences in UCL.

MET police still calls on the victims to speak and told us about the investigation, including the connection with the Crown Service on further charges.

Det CH Insp Tariq Farooqi said: “The scale of his resentment – which covers two continents – makes it one of the most dangerous sex criminals who have been liable when I was responsible.”

In her statement of the victim’s impact, the woman d said that after the attack, she was not resting with nightmares and “could not stay alone after the darkness.”

Rachel says she feels that if she called the police the next day, the female d may not be a victim. “I know that everyone will say it is his fault, not mine, but I’m still sorry.”
