The video footage shows random flight peraglider peng yujiang

The Chinese Paraguay has survived random driving 8,500 m (27,800 feet) to the sky over northwest of China, a state media report.

On Saturday, Peng Yujian tested new equipment over Tiliya’s mountains when a rare rise or air current, known as a “cloud to suck”, pulled it above the air.

Mr. PEN narrowly survived the death -the oxygen level is thin at this height, and the temperature can drop to -40C.

The Chinese authorities are investigating the incident and Mr Peng was dismissed for six months because the flight was unauthorized, state Global Times reports.
