United Arab Emirate Captain Muhammad Waseem expressed immense pride and joy after winning his team’s historic series on Bangladesh. He added that the team never lost hope and felt comfortable playing in family conditions.
“Very happy with this victory, congratulations to our staff, to our squad. I am very happy that we have made history. This series means a lot, happy with the way our boys played, they have no words for this victory,” Waseem told the press conference after the game.
“The non -capture players did -very well. Haider Ali was exceptional in the debut, he launched very well. To be honest, we did not lose our hopes. We are used to playing in these conditions. Very happy. First time I receive this trophy, I want to dedicate this award to my son,” he added.
