The suspect who is deadly shot deadlines is receiving federal charges

The suspect, who is accused of death, and her husband in a frenzied pistol in June, was charged with six federal accusations, said the Attorney General.

The accusations against Vens Bolter, 57, include persecution and murder that the prosecutor’s office may be maximized in prison or the death penalty.

After a two-day analysis, Mr Boel was arrested on June 16 for the alleged role in the murder of Minnesota Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark Hortman.

Mr. Bolter remains in custody in Minnesota, where he also faces state charges. He has not yet made a request.

According to the prosecutors, Mr. Bolter spoke and quit two other legislators – John Hoffman, Senator of the Minnesota, and his wife, Ivett Hoffman, in a separate shooting. Prosecutors said he also planned a major attack that was thwarted by the police.

“Vance Boelter has planned and spent a night of terror, which pushed Minnesota to its essence,” said US Prosecutor Joseph X Thompson in a written statement.

“He conducted purposeful political killings, similar to which he had never seen in Minnesota,” he said.

The prosecutor’s office also published a letter in which, according to them, Mr. Bolter confessed that he was a militant, and claimed that Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz asked him to kill American senators Amy Klobuchar and Tina Smith for political purposes. Prosecutors and Waltz say the lawsuit is completely false.

According to the court documents, Mr. Bolter investigated the victims and their families in advance, preparing for the attacks on June 14.

Mr. Bolter appealed to Hoffman’s House in Champlin, Minnesota, changed to the police, and when they responded to the door, he was shot dead by Hoffman Senator and his wife and Hoffman eight times, prosecutors said. Then he tried to shoot his daughter, Nadezhda Hoffman.

Then Mr. Bolter traveled to the homes of the other two Minnesota officials, which were both at the time before going to the Hortans’ house and deadly shoot the couples, the prosecutor’s office said.

Two days later, he was arrested near a family house in a forest rural area west of Minneapolis.
