The Supreme Court rejects Mexico’s lawsuit against US militants

The US Supreme Court has blocked the lawsuit, which was sought to prosecute American militants for playing a role in the fight against drug addicts.

The court voted for 9-0 for the rejection of the lawsuit, in the process of reluctance to the 2005 law, which contains weapons manufacturers from responsibility when the weapons they produce will be abused.

The Mexico government claimed that the “flood” of illegal weapons across the border is the result of “intentional” practices of American firms, which, according to them, appealed to the members of the cartel with their products.

The decision overturns the lower court ruling, which allowed the lawsuit against Smith and Vesan, as well as other manufacturers.

The case for the first time when the court passed a shield law known as the law on the protection of legal trade in weapons or PLCAA.

At the hearing in March, the court was skeptical of the call of Mexico, and the judges on both sides of the ideological spectrum are questioned by the justice of the lawsuit.
