The Superman teaser is the biggest WB/DC trailer ever


For just two days Of Superman first trailer fell, and it’s safe to say that it made a big impression. How big? According to James Gunnhas already hit some massive milestones.

According to the writer-director and head of DC James Gunn, SupermanThe trailer had more than 250 million views in its first day, and there were more than a million social posts about it. It is also “the most watched and most talked about trailer in the history of DC and Warner Bros. (…) Thank you! We are incredibly grateful and, above all, excited to share this film with you in July.

For some comparison, Variety reports the initial trailer for Joker: Madness for Two in April it had 167 million views in its first 24 hours, and Inside Out 2 trailer had 157 million views in a similar time frame in November 2023. However, all three the films were beaten by the 365 million views of Deadpool and Wolverine debut trailer last February.

So it’s safe to say that people are ready to watch a Superman movie – or at least they are interested in one Discount Snyder Cut 2021, 2017 Justice League it’s the last time the Man of Steel headlined a DC movie, and when the movie drops, it’ll be three years since. Henry Cavill he seemed ready to return…and then he didn’t. Once it became clear WB and Gunn were serious about making a new DC film universe Superman at the front of the pack, there has been a lot of attention to this new film.
