The South -Africa Testing Template was announced for Zimbabwe Tour, Dewald Brevis in Contentious

Cricket South Africa (CSA) on Friday (June 6) announced the 16-member squad for the two-game test series against Zimbabwe. The National South Cricket team -Africa is currently preparing for the World ICC World Championship 2025 against Australia in Lord’s.

Following the WTC 2025 final, the South African team travels to Zimbabwe for the two-game test series, from June 28 at the Queen’s Sports Club Cricket Ground in Bulawayo. The second and final test will be played from July 6 in the same Bulawayo precinct.

CSA has named an exciting squad for his next Zimbabwe tour with five players without a lid. Lhuan-Dre Pretorius, 19, has been rewarded for his impressive performances and is online for his debut on Zimbabwe ‘tour.

Apart from Pretorius, Dewald Brevis, Lesgo Senokwane, Yusuf Code and PreneLan Subrayen are also online to win their maiden test caps, as South -Africa seeks to build a fresh nucleus for the future.
