The Secret Service Dispiled Staff for Failure to Attempted Trump Attempted

Watch: Donald Trump rolls after loud bangs heard during the Pennsylvania rally

The US Secret Service made snacks for six employees about failures at one of Donald Trump’s rallies last year, during which the militant tried to kill the Republican, the official confirmed.

Matt Quinn, Deputy Director of the Service, told the BBC CBS News partner that the gathering in Butlers, Pennsylvania, when Matthew Cruks fired Trump and killed another participant, was a “operative failure”.

One with the bullets of the scammers grazed Trump’s ear, which was then thrown into safety. The attacker was shot dead.

It is unclear when the suspension of employees was officially issued, and the reports on US media are different whether they have already been submitted.

Speaking to the CBS, Quin said the staff was granted a fine of 10 to 42 days of vacation without payment and assistance.

“The secret service is quite responsible for the butler,” he explained. “Butler was an operational failure, and today we are concentrated on the fact that it never happens again.”

Quin, which was intended for his role in May this year, added that he “laser is focused on securing the root cause of the problem”, but his organization will not “come out”.

Quinn told CBS that several improvements had already been made in which the military level drones and improvement of mobile command messages that can now be used by agents in the field.

The identity of the conditional staff and their role on the day of the attack are not revealed.

This news comes a few days before the anniversary of the attack on July 13, 2024. A participant of the Corey Comperatore rally was killed and two more people were injured.

The incident pushed the resignation of the then -regime of Kimberley Jitl.

The secret service has been under great control over the last 12 months and has faced sharp criticism from the US Congress members.

Last September, the 94 pages showed that security failures and lack of communication in the US Secret Service “directly contributed” to the incident, and two months later many issues remained flawless.

The attack was also described as a prevention in another report published in December, a working group of the House of Representatives. In this document, the main gap was the impossible roof of the roof from which Agniak opened the fire.

Trump, which was successfully re -elected in November, was provided with heavily safety after the attack – guaranteeing that he received defense at the above, which is typical for the presidential candidate.

In September, he was re -abandoned with security agents after the second future militant, which hid in the bushes on the Golf Trump in Florida. The FBI also described it as a clear attempt to murder.

The suspect was detained in this second incident.
