According to the lawsuit, Whitfield “unequivocally stated that the policy of the independent school district Koppel is to teach curriculum and direction, using the area’s CRT training and distribution to develop and distribute the training and distribution.”

This is not the first time Coppell ISD was sued for illegal Teaching CPT.

Commenting on his lawsuit, Pokstan said that “children in Texas deserve better education in the world, not woken up by the ideology forced them.”
“Liberal administrators who want to ignore the state law and illegally push the separate and racist CRT curriculum in the classes will be responsible for their actions,” Poda said. “My lawsuit is aimed at stopping this illegal and hated curriculum immediately and to stop the brazen refusal to follow the state legislation by some Coppell ISD officials.”
