Democrats like to accuse Republicans of politicizing current events, but this is what they held last week. They rotate a wild story built on lies, while conveniently ignoring the evidence.
Let’s start with the facts: Kilmar Abrego Garcia was not deported mistakenly. It was a lie inserted in the law brigade since the lawyer of the Ministry of Justice (DOJ). In 2019, not one, but two courts, decided that he was a member of the MS-13 and in the country illegally. While hearing the bonds, the Immigration Judge believed that both Harcia had a danger to his community and that he failed to refute the evidence confirming his membership at MS-13. Despite the Democrats’ claims to the opposite, Garcia received a proper process – his case was considered and denied several times.
Garcia is not just some “merlanda” man and he is not Husband-Spring Image And the father providing the media. He is a citizen of Salvadoran with a rigid criminal history and is associated with the appointed terrorist group. As of February 6, 2025, Secretary of State Mark Rubio and Prosecutor General Pun Bondi officially appointed MS-13 as a foreign terrorist organization in accordance with the Immigration and Nationality Act (Ina). From this appointment, Garcia no longer has the legal basis to stay in the US and seek additional immigration relief.
A recent district court ruling that tried to order Garcia’s return from Salvador itself illegally. In fact, any court order that causes the executive participation in a certain sense to engage in a foreign state is unconstitutional. Foreign policy is pursued by the president – not by the courts – and no federal judge has constitutional powers to dictate how the president interacts with foreign countries. However, this is exactly what this order tried to do.
While the Democrats continue to chant “bring it home”, they ignore this key fact: Garcia is a citizen of Salvadoran. He was not returned to Salvador against court rulings, he was removed in accordance with the long -standing principles of legal and national security. Indeed, the Immigration Judge provided by Garcia for the statutory content from the removal of Salvador, did so because of the reliable fear of persecution – not because Garcia had legal status in the US. This form of assistance does not provide a person’s residence and does not cancel national security problems. In addition, after MS-13 was assigned a terrorist group, Garcia immediately became invalid for any immigration relief.

Once and again, the Democrats demonstrate sympathy only when illegal alien immigrants fall victim to, but they confront all efforts to harass and prevent the crimes committed. Instead of recognizing the steps that President Trump has taken to provide the country, they remain fixed on the spinning of false stories and undermining his administration at every step.
If the democratic legislators even conducted their energy, defending US victims because they defended Garcia, perhaps meaningless tragedies such as the murder of Laken Riley and Rachel Morin. The priorities of the Democrats are obvious. Fortunately, the same facts: the removal of Garcia was not only justified – it was overdue.
