The presidents leave the scene. Christ left the grave

Years ago my wife Grazi sang for the president George Bush At a special event in Nashville. This performance opened another door. A year later, she was invited to sing at the 2004 Republican National Convention in Madison -Skver -Harden in New York.

After her speech in New York, we were introduced into the president’s field – sitting back immediately George Hw and Barbara Bush. The day the White House called again when we were going to head home.

They wanted us on the platform with the president when he accepted his nomination.

On Thursday evening, the Arena growled. The flags hung sharp and vibrant overhead. The crowd ejected the seats. The place was pulsed as a living being. When you look footage, you will see Grays and me a little over the left shoulder of the president, clapping until our hands gave out.

Why Easter has the value

No matter how surrealistic, one moment stood out – and it did not happen on stage or near the president. It happened a week after Nashville. I went back to the same hotel and went past the ballroom – the same the room that spent the presidentSecret service, media and temporary place of the American authorities.

Now?

Empty. No podium. No flags. There was no chair. Just another room that awaits the next event.

This is a business in this world. This is a big one – but it does not remain.

The scene goes away. The room is dumped. The moment passes.

He did not take the stage. He was raised to the Roman cross – as Moses raises the snake into the desert. He was brought up – not to inspire, but to preserve.

No spotlight. No entourage. No applause. Just the Savior – And the cross.

The presidents contain borrowed power. Christ does not lend anything.

And here’s the difference: when the president leaves the room, the force goes with him.

When Christ enters life, He remains.

It does not come to the ceremony. It comes to management – and attributes of his office never go away.
