Salazar likes to use the extra time it forms in her morning for activities that are not related to work or household chores. “Perhaps this reading of the book section is either listening to a little podcas, or it will take extra time to crack the dog,” she says.

“The big thing is a permit for other procedures and rituals to the casting and the flow. I would like to be a training man every morning, or listening to a podcast, a book, or something, but I am personally difficult to follow,” Salazar says.
“Nobody wants to start your day, feeling that you couldn’t.”
Its only obligation is to get up early, and then Salazar decides how she would like to spend her creative hour.
“This is less structured. It gives me the opportunity to create creativity and just have a part of my day that feels rejuvenating, instead of having this routine I hurry to continue like all other tasks of the day,” she says.
She also strives to dress to work to help her stay concentrated, though she works at home.
“There is so much temptation to wear our comfortable clothes and just in the living room, and I found very quickly that I just don’t feel motivated and creative,” Salazar says.
“I try to confront the temptation to stay in the pajamo bottom, and really prepare for the day (to), I feel like I actually work.
