The deputy, the deputy, summoned the scene in the Parliament of Western Australia after he finished his valedector speech with about the arrogance – the act of drinking a festive drink, usually alcohol, from shoes.
Kyle Mcgin finished his farewell address, revealing the beer and drinking it from remote shoe, which, he said, became famous for his constituents.
Mcgin told the local media that he did it to show that there are ordinary people in parliament and celebrate their own way.
