CCTV captured the moment when the South Korean man poured the subway with a flammable liquid before setting it off. The South District Prosecutor’s Office released the staff of the attack on May 31.
Six people were injured during the incident, including breathing smoke and an ankle elongated trying to run off the train. Death was not reported. The 67-year-old suspect is accused of attempting to kill and arson.
