In a moves reminisent of Facebook times, Tiktok is launched a new feature that allows college students to find and connect to each other on their campus. The funion, called verification, allow users of their campus college to their tiktok and seek for a list of students at their school.
To access the feature, users need to surf their profile and touch the “Add School” button. From here, they need to get into their school name and then select their year of graduation.
To verify that actually they go to school intruded, they should provide their academic email address. Once complete, its college name and graduation year will be displayed in their profile.
Users can then navigate their school page, filter for the year of graduation, and see all users who adjusted school to their profile. They can also order users to show the most followed users first.
The feature is available through more than 6,000 college through the partnership of Tiktok with Unionionia student’s verification platform that confirms the student’s state.
