The last of us Joint fans mourn after a major death on the latest episode.

During Sunday episode of The Hit Zombie Dramathe main character of Joel Miller, played by Pedro Pascalslaughtered stunningly after Abby’s brutal clash (Kaitlyn Dever), his father Joel had killed before.
In the final seconds of the episode, Abby revealed exactly why she was so hell on revenge against Joel. Her father was a doctor at Salt Lake City Hospital who saved Joel Ellie (Bella Ramsey) O in the term end 1.
While Ellie tried to save Joel, Abby stabbed him in his neck, killing him.
The episode ended with Ellie promising, “I’m going to kill you. You all go if ****** dead.”
While Ellie’s revenge is sure to play out as season 2 continues, for now, fans are left with the bitter death of one of the show’s two main characters.
Viewers overflowed the comments from Pascal’s latest Instagram Post – not associated with The last of usencourages fans to go and see Ryan Coogler‘S. Sinner In theaters – on Sunday to express their disappointment over the spin.
“Pedro, go back to install and change what I saw. Joel is fine and it gets up. Thanks yes!” He wrote one fan.
“Just finished the second episode, you will hear from my therapist,” added another.
Another fan paid tribute to Joel, writing, “I sobered, that’s fine. I don’t remember the last time a character made me get a rollercoaster of emotions like this. You’re amazing. #Thelastofus.”
Over on x, fans noted that Joel’s death was in keeping with the conspiracy of the Last of us Video Game Series the show is based on it. Nevertheless, one person wrote, “#Thelastofus game players knew all this time that Joel was going to die and you didn’t warn me?!?”
