Prosecutor Hoffman, Secelia, Kappel, had previously argued in the state’s address that the execution of the convicted killer as a result of nitrogen gas was unconstitutional and violated his religious freedom.
“It’s a conscious suffocation,” said Cappel WVUE. “His pillow over his face. It’s like a drowning man.”
The statement states that since Hoffman is a Buddhist, his practice of breathing and meditation will be impaired by the process.
“He suggested,” Kill me with a firing squad, “Kappel said.” “At least then, I will be able to breathe air during my death.” And the state said “no”.

The Federal Judge Hoffman was granted a temporary appeal, but the Fifth District Court was abolished, and additional attempts to stop the state’s fulfillment were also rejected on Tuesday morning.
