Teddy mellencampBond with Dad John Mellencamp stronger than ever in the middle of her Step 4 Cancer Battle.
Teddi, 44, addressed the last time she saw her musician father answering fan questions on the episode Wednesday, August 20, “Two t in pod” a podcast, which she is in agreement with Tamra judge.
“I saw him on the 4th of July,” the Real housewives from Beverly hills Divided alum. “I talk to him on the phone every day. If I lose his call, he sends follow -up text so I didn’t see the lost call, like, ‘Hey!'”
“My dad is largely there, but I haven’t seen him recently. Flying is a lot for me right now. I’m sure I’ll see him soon,” added Teddi.
During appearance on the podcast “Jamie Kern Lima Show” in July, Teddi said her father had stepped up to her as she deals with her health battles.
“It’s been beyond. The things I wouldn’t be able to do without my father – not just for financial reasons,” he said.
“With all these medical treatments and everything, he has stepped in. He has helped me get a nurse,” continued the podcast host. “He calls me every day. He’s sure I’m right.”
Teddi was first diagnosed with melanoma in 2022. In February the star of reality revealed have had surgery To remove several brain tumors after suffering “severe and debilitating headaches.” However in March, he said Doctors found more tumors – Three in her brain and two on her lungs – she was getting immunotherapy for them until recently.
In July, Teddi said she take a break from his immunityisotherapy Treatment due to the physical tolls she had on her body.
“Basically, what we counted with me was, yes, I started to feel great, and I could do all the pods and I could do all these things, and I could go to all my daughter’s horse shows and I could stay in my house on my own, and I felt very strong,” he said on an episode of “Two TS in a Pod.”
He continued, “And what happens with me is the longest I am on immunotherapy, the sick it makes me.”
“So we’re going to take a little break on the immunotherapy to get my body back to feel stronger,” said Teddi. “And I’m on steroids and we’re doing everything we can to get me back to feel like I’m, you know, I can do this, I can do all the things.”
