Before Real Housewives of Beverly Hills a star Teddy Mellencamp43, shared a tribute to her estranged husband, Edwin Arroyavevia Instagram two months after announces their separation.
“16 years ago me and (Edwin) met. I will forever be grateful for that night in Coco Deville,” Mellencamp posted a series of throwback photos of her and Arroyave, 47, on Thursday, December 26.
“I never knew I wanted children until I met my amazing stepdaughter, Isabella. My love for her changed my life and 5 years later came Slate, then Cruz, and then our miracle baby Dove in 2020,” continued the “Two Ts in a Pod” podcast host.
She concluded, “I may be far from perfect but being a mother is the greatest gift you could have given me. Thank you always and forever.”
Mellencamp publish her separation from Arroyave on November 2.
“After a great deal of care and consideration, I have made the difficult decision to file for divorce,” Mellencamp wrote via Instagram. “My priority is my children and ensuring that every care is taken with their privacy and well-being throughout this new chapter.”
She added, “Making a public statement is not something I wanted to do, but in an effort to protect my family from undue speculation and rumour, I felt that being open, honest and vulnerable was the best course of action forward.”
Later in November, Us Weekly report that Mellencamp he allegedly had an affair with his horse trainer, Simon Schroedermonths before separating from Arroyave.
“Simon and Teddi had something going on several months ago but it still hasn’t happened,” a source exclusively said Usstating that both Teddi and Edwin were unfaithful to each other during their marriage.
A second insider claimed that Arroyave had spoken to Schroeder’s wife, Malewho “confirmed the affair.”
On Tuesday, December 24, Mellencamp gave details about it First Christmas without her children — Slate, 12, Cruz, 10, and Dove, 4 – as she spent the holidays previously RHOBA costar and friend Kyle Richards‘ Beverly Hills Home. “In my Bridget Jones era. If I didn’t laugh at myself, I would cry,” Mellencamp wrote alongside several videos of her in her pajamas singing “All By Myself,” channeling a scene from Renee Zellweger‘s film Bridget Jones’s Diary.
Mellencamp opened up about adjusting to her new normal, adding, “First Christmas without my kids, and I know they’re in great hands with an amazing dad, but that doesn’t mean I can’t feel some kind of way.”
