Taylor SwiftEngagement to Travis Kelce been the case of celebrating over the last 24 hours – and perhaps even more so given her past feelings for marriage.
Back in 2019, when Swift, 35, released his seventh studio album, LoverThe pop star contained very personal diary records dating back to when she was 13 in luxury editions of the record.
One Journal accessin particular, re -faced and struck a chord with swifties in the light of her Merry Engagement News on Tuesday, August 26.
“I somehow feel that my fate is to roll my eyes in happy couples and anger Valentine’s Day,” the singer wrote in a diary entry dated March 17, 2009, when she was 19.
Previously, Taylor Swift expressed her desire to marry before announcing her engagement to Travis Kelce. “I might get married. But I think my fate is eventually lighting away candles and pine and rolling my eyes to happy couples and angering Valentine’s Day,” Swift concluded.
Of course, the Grammy -winning pop star has found her own happy ending with Kelce, also 35, with whom she announced her engagement on Tuesday after two years of dating.
The couple shared a garrison of images from the moment Kelce offered Swift In a garden at the Lee Summit, Missouri, earlier this month. They jointly headed the Instagram Post, “Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married.”
In an interview with News 5 Cleveland on Tuesday, the father of Travis, Ed kelce. reveal That Kansas City Chiefs’ tight head popped the question “maybe two weeks ago.”
“She got out there, they were about to go out for lunch, and said, ‘Let’s go out and have a glass of wine.’ … They arrived out, and that’s when she asked her, and it was beautiful, ”said Ed. “They started to face me and their mother and people to make sure everyone knows. So seeing them together is great.”
Ed said that his son wanted to make his offer “a grand thing, to make it a great special event,” but Kelce secured “you could do it at the side of the road, make anywhere” and it would be “a special event … when you go down on one head and ask her to marry you.”
