Taylor Swift gets a suspension order against Lastalker: Reports

Taylor Swift had a preventative order against a man who is alleged to appear in the home of his Los Angeles several times over the past year and claimed to be in relation to it, by multiple report.

Swift claimed in her court filing that Wagner had visited her La home at least three times in July 2024, and on at least one occasion, he “carried a glass bottle that could have been used as a weapon,” per NBC News and Weather.

“During each of these visits, I am informed that Mr Wagner made various statements about living in my property (not true), being in relation to me (not true), believing that I am his son’s mother (not true), and need to see me personally, all of whom are false and disconnected from reality,” Swift wrote in her statement.

After further visiting the property this May, the Swift Safety Team conducted a criminal background check on Wagner and found that he was a former prisoner. Wagner is alleged to have sent the singer “long communications” in imprisonment in 2023, detailing her infatuation with her and claiming to be in relation to her.

Swift also claimed that Wagner had received a driver’s license listing the Swift residence as his residence.

“Mr Wagner has also sent hundreds of email messages to my staff with the same language about threatening and threatening, has tried to divert mail from my residence to their attention, and even lied to the Motor Vehicle Department (DMV) to somehow change the direction on his driver’s license to my home in Los Angeles,” he said.

He continued, “So the fact that Mr Wagner decided where I live and visited the property several times, refusing to leave and claim to need access, makes me fear for my safety and family safety.
