“I’m down 500 lbs now,” said Tammy, 38, by confession during Tuesday, April 15, of The TLC Docuseries. “When I was at my heaviest, I was 700 lbs and more. At the moment, I’m leaning in at 238.”
Tammy also compared her weight loss with her sister, Amy slatonwho dropped 176 lbs.
“Everyone tells me I look less than Amy,” said Tammy. “That’s kind of hard to believe. I can’t believe I did.”

“We support each other heartily,” Tammy she was told only Weekly US in February 2023, referring to a husband now Caleb Willingham. “On our weight loss missions, when he has problems wanting to eat because he is bored or because he is an emotional eater, he comes to me and we talk about the situation.”
He added, “It’s the same for me and I’m talking to him. We’re talking about our issues and why we feel this way. We’re true partners.”
Tammy met Caleb during her rehabilitation stay and married the same year. He died in July 2023 at the age of 40.

Elsewhere in Tuesday’s episode, Tammy revealed that she started dating again nearly two years after Caleb’s death.
“There’s something I haven’t told my family. Amy isn’t the only one who has been seeing someone new. So I am,” he said, mentioning Amy’s post-ingration romance. “I’ve been seeing someone over the last few months, and it’s going pretty well.”
He continued, “I think I want to go to this relationship differently than I have in the past, so I haven’t told my family because my family gonna have something to say about it.”
Then Tammy revealed she in relation with a woman.
“After Caleb passes, I don’t want to be with men anymore,” Tammy noted.
Tammy came out publicly as a Pansexual in January 2024.
“I’m a fan for everyone,” said Tammy in a Tiktok video. “Well, I was saying I was a pansexual but I stopped playing a mess with men after my husband passed. So, I am, like, lesbian. Love is love. Everyone deserves love whether they are gay, straight, cross, pan, bi, nonbinary (or) whatever.
