1000-lb. Sisters star Tammy slaton is dedicated to her weight loss goals, but she still allows a treat for herself every now and then.

Slaton’s weight loss journey began after a medical incident in 2022. She was placed in a medically induced coma and lost 115 pounds in 30 days during her hospital stay. Eventually, the reality star, which weighed 725 lbs on its heaviest, reached down to less than 550 lbs to qualify for bariatry surgery in July 2022.
