Syrian security forces accused of killing hundreds of civilians

The Syrian security forces have been allegedly killed by hundreds of civilians belonging to a minority group in Alavit, continuing violence along the country’s coast, reports a war monitoring group.

The British Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) stated that about 745 civilians had been killed on Friday and Saturday in about 30 “masses”.
