Syrian recognizes the triple murder on the German lawsuit for attacking Salingen knife

A Syrian man admitted that he had a stabbing attack in the German city of Salingen last August, which killed three people.

“I committed a serious crime, I am ready to accept the verdict,” said Isa al x in a statement read by his lawyers at the beginning of the trial in the Western city of Dusseldorf.

Isa al n, whose surname was not released from the German rules of privacy, is accused of participating in the Islamic State Jihadist group, and promising on the video shortly before the attack.

The knife took place when Salingen held a three-day festival, which celebrated his 650th anniversary and came shortly before a number of key regional elections.

During the year, German cities saw a number of deadly attacks that began in Mangeum in May 2024, when an Afghan national stabbed a police officer at the rally.

Most of the attackers were described as a migrant, and the killings played a significant role in the national discussion, which led to the German federal election in February.

A man accused of attacking a knife on August 23 arrived in Germany as a refugee in 2022, but because he had already registered for asylum in Bulgaria, he was ordered to be deported there.

On Tuesday, Isa al x appeared in the wing of the High Safety Court in Dusseldorf, wearing a blue T -shirt, and he put his head he stood on the defendants for most of his time.

He is accused of three murders, as well as 10 charges of murder and further charges.

Prosecutors claim that he resorted to contacts on the social media forums of the jihadists, and he was then assisted for planning him and choosing a weapon of murder.

In his statement, read by his lawyers, Isa al x, said, “I killed the innocent, not the unbelievers.”

One of the people wounded in Salingen’s attack was sitting in court on Tuesday, her hand in Solling, a reminder of the wounds he inflicted in the city.
