The suspect who wanted to kill a student at South African University was killed in a shootout with police.
The body of Olarat Mangal was found on Sunday in Lombardi, north of Johannesburg, approximately two hours after reportedly reported missing, going on a date.
In the first hours on Friday morning, police found the main suspect hiding in the residential complex in the coastal city of Omanzimto, said Athland Mat Press School.
The suspect, who was not named police, shot off the officers who returned the fire and killed him, added the Mat foreman.
