The ex -Indian World Cup man, Suresh Raina, has presented his world by playing XI outside the 2025 World Legends Championship (WCL 2025). Surprisingly, Suresh Raina overlooked his former captain and one of his closest friends, Mrs. Dhoni, for his world of dreams interpreting XI.
Even the legend of the modern age, turned Kohli, who has now retired from the test and Cricket T20i, was not chosen by his former teammate Raina in his world playing XI. Raina went to the old school with his options, selecting the legendary Brian Lara of West India and the great Sachin tendulkar as openers.

The Old Order of Indian Batter’s star has the legends of the West Indies, Sir Vivian Richards and Garry Sobs, as well as the legendary All-Rounder of India Yuvraj Singh. Raina also chose two Englishmen to provide balance to his XI dream world.

Ian Botham and Andrew Flintoff were delivered by the functions of the whole lap by Rain. Interestingly, the ICC Champions Trophy winner has chosen a strong spin attack, with the missing Australian spinner Shane Warne, the great Anil Kumble and Harbhajan Singh and the Spin Wizard Saqlain Mushtaq from Pakistan.
To complete the squad, Raina has chosen the former South African sprout Paul Adams as an impact player in his world playing XI. However, he has not specified who his captain would be, or a specialist Micketer.
Mrs. Dhoni could have easily chosen, who is considered the best man in the world behind the collisions, but ignored the Indian legend with Kohli.

In the meantime, Suresh Raina will return to the World Legends Championship 2025 (WCL 2025). The tournament has six teams made up of retired legends from the cricketing power plants – India, Australia, England, Pakistan, the Western and South Indies – Africa.
Raina will play the Indian Champions League team, which is full of Indian Cricket names. The Indian Champions League workforce has Yuvraj Singh, Shikhar Dhawan, Harbhajan Singh, Irfan and Yusuf Pathan, Robin Uthappa, Ambati Rayudu, Pyush Chawla, Stuart Binny, Varun Aaron, Vina Kumar, Abhimanyu Mithun, Siddharth Kaul, and Gurkeehero man.
Suresh Raine’s career in number
The Handy spinner retired from the international cricket by 2020 after representing his country in 18 tests, 226 hatred and 78 T20is. The ex -BATE of India was a key member of the teams that won the World Cup World Trophy and 2013 in 2011.
It has more than 8,000 international runs in its name. Raina was also a star performer in the Indian Premier League (IPL). He represented Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in more than 200 games and won four IPL titles with them. Raina is still one of the greatest scorers in the history of the IPL with 5528 runs, a century and 39 years in its name.
