The second Hunger Prequel is here, and fans finally get a taste of Haymitch Aberathy’s origin.
Writer Suzanne Collins release his highly expected novel Sunrise on September on Tuesday, March 18, and Hunger Fans have been eating it ever since. This book – the author’s second prequel in The hunger games Series – tells the story of the 50th games, otherwise known as Quell the second quarter. Yes, there is also a love story.
Sunrise on September is a sequel to Collins 2020 novel The ballad of singing birds and snakesset 64 years before the first Hunger Book. This book is set 24 years before the story of Katniss Everdeen – but there are a few Easter eggs sprinkled without it.

When he returns to area 12, Haymitch finds that his mother and brother are dead before reunification with his girlfriend, Lenore (associated with Lucy Gray Baird Singing birds and snakes), who dies in his arms in the end following a movement of an adoption by President Snow.
