“Being surrounded by like-minded leaders on campus, all deeply committed to letting the truth prevail in these challenging times since the massacre by Hamas on September 7, has been inspiring and reassuring. It gave me confidence that the next generation of leaders in our country will continue to uphold Western values and stand firm in support of America’s closest ally, Israel, to which I am incredibly grateful to the ICC for the opportunity to bring experts and professionals dedicated to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict promoting peace in the Middle East. I look forward to watching this remarkable cohort of young leaders transition into policy,” Heller said.
Last school year, agitators and student demonstrators flooded campuses across the country to protest Israel’s war, which also included a surge cases of anti-Semitism and Jewish students have publicly said they don’t feel safe on some campuses.
