Before NFL Star Steve Smith Sr. is sued by the husband of his alleged mistress.
The legal proceedings against Smith, who was a wide recipient of the Carolina Panthers and the Baltimore Ravens, was filed on Monday, April 28, at Court in Mecklenberg County, North Carolina, by documents obtained by Weekly US On Friday, May 2.
The plaintiff, Antonio Martinez. It allows a marriage to prosecute a third party for breaking down a wedding.
According to the legal proceedings, Antonio is seeking $ 100,000 in compensation as well as a jury trial. He also accuses Smith of deliberately and negligent emotional distress.

At the time, Antonio and Nicole – who share a combined family of six children, including one biological son – lived together in Baltimoreshire, Maryland. Antonio is a retired police officer and Nicole used to play in the ravens marching band, The Marching Ravens. As for Smith, he works as a sports analyst for NETWORK NFL. “On or approximately September 29, 2024, (Smith) was employed by the NFL network to film a chapter for ‘the NFL’s most interesting posts with Steve Smith’ in Baltimore, Maryland,” said Antonio’s suit. “The episode called ‘Steve Smith Sr. joins the features of the Baltimore Ravens marching band (Smith) joins the Marching Ravens for Gameday Experience.”
In filming the episode, Smith allegedly met Nicole and “provided his phone number to connect and communicate with each other,” the suit continued. “Subsequently, (Smith) began communicating with, calling her, and exchanging a number of text messages with her. These messages were often sexually in nature and included exchange of photographs and videos, naked photographs including pictures of the defendant’s penis, and videos of defendants sailing and ejaculating.” “
The legal case claims that, in January 2025, Smith visited Baltimore for the Ravens play game against the Buffalo Bills. Nicole joined The Marching Ravens on the field that day.
During the game, Smith allegedly slipped his hotel room key inside Nicole’s property. He later met at the hotel and had both sexes.
The legal case claims that Smith and Nicole have been texting each other from October 2024 through February, and includes quotes from their sexually accused exchanges. At one time, Nicole admitted, “I haven’t felt that spark in years.” Smith called their first hotel room encounter “enchanting,” saying to Nicole, “Your body is so nice. Kissing u was amazing! I’d like to have more time because it could have improved. I didn’t want to be rough but want you to feel like I was like I feel you.”
Nicole responded: “I’m glad I didn’t feel that magic. I feel selfish for wanting more time w/ you. But it felt like a dream.”
In accordance with the legal case, Antonio discovered their messages after having sex with Nicole, who admitted to the relationship. Smith called to face him.
“Hey, yo Steve,” he said, according to the Docs.
“Yes, sir,” Smith allegedly responded.
“Yes, you’ve been f *** ing my wife, bro,” replied Steve. “Whatcha gotta say for yourself?”

Smith allegedly apologized to him, with Antonio responding, “You f *** ing knew she was married.
He added, “All S *** you do on TV. All that talks you do with other people. Now someone has got you on the phone f *** ing and can’t even f *** ing man up?”
Antonio filed for a divorce of Nicole on February 27 in Baltimoreshire. His legal case includes a picture of Antonio crying happy tears on the day of their wedding as well as a shot of the exes with their baby son around 2021.
