Tottenham Hotspur obtained the lead against Manchester United in the Final of the Europa All-Anglish League, courtesy of a goal of Luke Shaw.
At the end of what was, for great periods, a first half of Cagey’s football at the San Mass stadium in Bilbao, Shaw’s goal sent to Spurs fans, as the London northern club has been looking for a first major trophy since 2008.
The advance reached three minutes before the pause, the Cross of Pape Sarr on the left fell to Brennan Johnson on the nearby post.
The Wales International punched, but the ball jumped off the leg, bouncing and hitting Shaw’s chest before falling beyond the reach of the United goalkeeper Andre Onana and the net.
Ange Postecoglu and the Tottenham bank celebrate the initial goal 🤩

It was a goal, the first for Spurs in a final from Jonathan Woodgate 17 years ago, which apparently did not come out. Before that, the best opportunity for the game had fallen to the lively Amad Diallo, who, with a quarter of an hour, struck a fierce impetus to the goal of the goal from a tight angle.
But the ball evaded everyone, making it beyond the distant post.
Diallo had looked at the most dangerous player on the pitch, but it is the side of Ange Postecoglou who goes halfway through with leadership.
And the promise of a trophy in Australia’s second season is still a possibility.
