Smokey Robinson accused of sexually assaulting by four daughters.
According to court documents obtained by Weekly USFour women – who have chosen to go by Jane Doe – filed a legal case on Tuesday, May 6, against Robinson. The former Motown record executive, 85, is charged with sexy batteryAttack, wrongly imprisonment, gender violence and creation of a hostile working environment by the women who are alleged to have worked for it.
The women also sue Robinson for failing to pay a minimum wage and overtime, failing to provide rest and meals and incorrect pay meals.
In the Docs, Jane Doe 1 noted that she worked as a housekeeper for Robinson and his wife, Frances GladneyAt their residence in Chatsworth, California, between January 2023 and February 2024. She claimed to have been “forced to resign” because of “repeated sexual assaults and repeated sexual harassment against her.”
While working on the weekends, Jane Doe 1 claimed that Robinson was taken with Gladney, 72, to the nail salon and would “rush home, knowing he would be home alone” with Jane Doe 1. He claimed that Robinson would “lock the door” of his bedroom and be “dressed in his underwear.”
Jane Doe 1 claimed that Robinson would “put a white towel on his bed” before he allegedly attacked Jane Doe 1. He claimed that Robinson would “roughly penetrate his vagina with his fingers, copy her orally and proceed to penetrate his vagina with his picking penis causing her great pain.” Jane Doe 1 claimed that he would “protest and resist” Robinson’s developments and would remind him He has married. He claimed that the events occurred “at least seven times.”
Previously, Jane Doe 2 also worked as a housekeeper for Robinson and Gladney between May 2014 and February 2020. She allegedly resigned because Robinson allegedly sexually assaulted her, with the first alleged incident taking place in 2016.
According to Jane Doe 2, Robinson sent her a text to meet in a room that they had “no cameras.” When Jane Doe 2 arrived, it is alleged that Robinson would “grab her and start to penetrate his vagina with his fingers, causing her turbulent pain, and then would go on to rape her.” The alleged attacks occurred on “at least 23 different occasions.”
Jane Done 3 worked as a housekeeper for Robinson between 2012 and 2024. He resigned following the alleged abuse that he claimed to happen “during most of her entire employment.”
Like Jane Doe 1’s alleged account, Jane Doe 3 claimed that Robinson would lay a towel down on his bed before taking part in a sexual act. He claimed that Robinson had forced her “to lie down on the towel so he could penetrate his vagina with his penis lift from the back.” He claimed to happen “at least 20 times.”
NFL Fame Hall, Shannon Sharpe, has been charged with rape and sexual battery in a $ 50 million bomb legal case. Like previous women, Jane Doe 4 worked as a housekeeper before becoming a personal assistant, chef and hairdresser Gladney. He worked for the couple between 2006 and 2024 and resigned because of Robinson’s alleged behavior. Jane Doe 4 claimed that the first incident of sexual misconduct occurred in 2007 when he went with Robinson to the home of his Las Vegas where he allegedly raped her.
According to Jane Doe 4, the alleged attacks at Tŷ Las Vegas occurred as well as other locations including Chatsworth Robinson’s home and a temporary residency in far Canyon, California.
The women seek $ 50 million in compensation.
