Shubman Gill labeled “Lazy” as an ex-stretch of Inglaterra leaves a forceful verdict on the great BCCI play

The former player of the National Cricket team of England, Monty Pansar, who appeared in 50 tests, 26 hatred and 1 T20i, shared his forceful verdict on the Cricket Control Council in India (BCCI) by choosing Shubman Gill as the new test captain.

Monty Panesar said that Shubman Gill is the type of player who is sometimes lazy, and the additional responsibility of the captaincy will only make him a better baptism.

Shubman Gill’s first challenge – The England Tour

Gill’s first series of red balls at the helm will be against the National Chicken Selection of England, directed by Ben Stokes, in his own courtyard. It will be a very hard challenge for the new pattern, as India has not won a series of tests in England since 2007.

With almost two decades without gaining a series of English and a young squad, Gill will have to do his best to give his ability to create a story.

The opening of the series of evidence between India and England will be played in Headingley, Leeds, June 20, and the second test will be played in Edgbaston, Birmingham, from July 2 to 6. The third test will be played in Lord’s, London, from 10 to 14 July and Old Trafford, Manchester, will host the fourth test from July 23 to 27, before the fifth test in the Oval (Kia Oval), London, from 31 to 4 August 4.

In his 32 -game tests series, Gill has played more (10) games against Team England and scored 592 runs at an average of 37.00, to go with 2 tons and 3 years. In England, he has played 3 test games and marked only 88 runs at an average of 14.66, with his best score 28.

In an interaction with Hindustan Times, Monty Pansar was asked about his opinion on the BCCI who named Shubman Gill as a test captain.

He responded by saying that Gill would benefit from the additional load on his shoulders and that a better version of him would leave on the tour of England. Said:

“I think they had to go with Shubman Gill. He will make him a better leader, I think he will get better under a responsibility.

“Sometimes he gets a little lazy with his job, once he reaches 30 or 40 years old, but when he is responsible, he is captain. I think he turns on and we will see a better version of Shubman Gill.”

Monty Panesar wondered who between Shubman Gill and Karun Nair will put himself at the 4th Indian test number 4. He replied that the battle position would not matter so much, as Gill and Nair will probably be searches at number 3 and number 4, and generally India has a strong line of battle.

The ex -England filler added that India has managed to “Fearly Young Cricters” and predicted that a new superstar would come out on the tour of England.

“ No matter if it is Karun Nair or Shubman Gill. It will be three or four. Karun Nair has played in Northampton. He has done very well. He has done well, obviously on Lions’ journey.
