Indian national cricket team batsman Shubman Gill would be gutted by the way he got out in the second innings of the ongoing fifth test against the Australian national cricket team. The Sydney Cricket Ground in Sydney hosts the match between the teams.
The Indian National Cricket Team have come out to bat with a positive mindset in the ongoing second innings as they aim to set a big total for the Australian National Cricket Team. They have made use of every scoring opportunity and have taken the lead after 80 runs inside 20 overs.
Shubman Gill was among the players following the same squad, but with the way he played, it looked like he would stick with it till the end. The right-hander played classy cricket shots and didn’t attempt any rash shots, and that worked quite well for him.
However, a rush of blood possibly ended his innings. Shubman Gill gifted his wicket to the Australian national cricket team as he played the rash shot and returned to the hut after a solid start with the bat in the ongoing second innings of the game at Beau Webster.
Beau Webster bowled a 124.6km/ha ball which Shubman Gill danced down the track for an inside lead. Wicketkeeper Alex Carey, behind the stumps, found the magical catch as it was a cerebral fade shot by the Indian batsman. He tried to load the mower and threw it away.
