Shashank recalls that it was bewildered
While Shashank had a great season, a moment in standings 2 against the Mumbai Indians continues to pursue it, the casual note that became a viral conversation point. Pursuing by 208, Shashank was dismissed on the 17th after being trapped by a strong piece of Hardik Pandya field. The batter, who admitted to being too relaxed during the race, took full responsibility for the expensive mistake.
Shashank admitted to leaving the team with his casual career among doctors, joking this Shreyas iyer “I should have given it hand” by the error. He revealed that even his father was so disappointed that he did not speak to the final. Recognizing the gravity of the moment, Shashank said that Iyer was visibly upset and told him that he did not expect this mistake, although the captain later showed his support by going to dinner, illuminating both the hard love and the camaraderie inside the team.
“I deserve it, Iyer should have shaken hands. My father did not speak to me to the finals. I was accidental: I walked on the beach, not even in the garden” Shashank told The Indian Express.
“It was a crucial moment. Shreyas was clear; he said,” I didn’t expect it. “But later he took me out for dinner,” Added.
