Shock in Lisbon when a three -year -old guy pulled out of the funicer wreckage

There is a tangible sense of shock on the faces of people who are going to the site of a major track in the Portuguese capital, when they hear about how a three-year-old German boy was pulled from the fragments of a savvy survivor in a terrible disaster on Wednesday, which killed 16 people.
