A year after going under the knife, Sheen Sami reflect on her rhinoplasty results.
Sheen, 21, took to Instagram on Monday, August 11, to share moments of its surgery Last summer. “Cant believe that this is exactly a year ago today,” he headed a selfie of herself who banded up in hospital.
In a separate picture, Sheen frozen her nose while laying in a hospital bed. “Already have a photo session not even 5 minutes after waking up from surgery ðŸ˜,” he wrote alongside the picture. She also shared snips of the doctor working on her nose, admitting that the pictures were still “freak” her out to look at them.
Elsewhere on social media, he posted pictures of herself recovering after the surgery while embracing a starry animal. “Gilbert has really seen it all,” she said on her comfort.
Sheen also gave her fans a full look at her nose before getting the surgery in a enlarged picture. “An old nose is not lost,” he wrote. In the next picture, Sami, daughter of Charlie Sheen and Denise Richards, gushed that getting his nose job was the “best decision ever.”

By the kindness of Sheen Sami/InstagramThe Onlyfans model has been honest about the work he has done. In April, all the procedures she had through Tiktok collapsed: “For starters, I started having a lip filler when I was 18 and I touched every year because I was addicted,” he said. “I hate the way my lips look without filling in it and I continue to overline my lips. It’s addicted.”
Then he detailed his Botox injections, which he had shortly after her first lip filling appointment. She gets botox in her forehead with the intention of “raising” her grazing, but the treatment actually led “the opposite.”
Before getting her nose post, she experimented with a nose filler, but still felt she “only needed rhinoplasty.”
Sami has also been honest about her breast addition, but has only told us weekly that she intends to get rid of her implants after experiencing breast implanting illness – and worried that she will only affect her career.
“I’ve already received some messages from my subscribers … saying they are going to keep around no matter what and they don’t care what they look like,” Sami told us in June. “I think I’m definitely going to get lots of pictures of my boobs before I have to tell them bye forever. And I’m going to stock on my content and then, after that, once I’ve got better, um, I don’t know. We’ll see.”
