Sean “Didi”, the Combt’s legal team stopped the case in the trial of sex trading on Tuesday after the arguments only about 20 minutes.

Their short presentation took place almost seven weeks of arguments and testimony of witnesses given by federal prosecutors in New York. The prosecution finished its case on Tuesday.

His lawyers claimed that the government did not live up to the burden, proving any charges against him, who severely denied him, and the judge should abandon the case.

Mr. Kombs also confirmed in court that he would not take a position in his lawsuit. “This is my decision with my lawyers,” he said to the judge.

Mr. Kombs did not find himself guilty of accusing sex, racketeering and transportation to participate in prostitution. He faces life imprisonment when condemned in this scheme.

Speaking for the first time in court on Tuesday’s week, Mr. Kombs told Judge Arun Subromanian that he was “doing a great job.”

“I want to tell you thank you,” the judge said.

Prosecutors claimed that Mr. Kombs used his festive status and business to manage a criminal enterprise for women sexual traffic and hiding his crimes. During their argumentsThe government called more than 30 witnesses to the stand.

G -n Kombs spoke in court for the first time in a few weeks to say that he would not testify

The defense called none, instead of presenting evidence of several text messages between Mr. Kombs and his former friends, singer Cassandra Ventura and another victim, which testified under the pseudonym Jane.

Defense groups are always difficult to decide whether to call any witnesses on the stand, said Mitchell Epner, a lawyer based in New York and a former prosecutor.

Calling a new witness can make more problems for the defense -and if Mr. Combs acted, he would be even more risky, and, mostly, hanging the case, Mr. Epner said.

Instead, the lawyers of Mr. Kombs made a quick presentation, showing messages in an attempt to strengthen their argument that Mr. Kombs’ girlfriends were eager participants of sexual meetings with him and men who were called conclusions.

In one of the textual messages, Mr. Kombs, which his lawyers read aloud, Jane told him that “I was always fun” during their freaks or what she called “hotels”.

The rapid defense case occurred after the legal team of Mr. Kombs filed a petition asking for its client, saying that the government did not comply with the burden, proving any allegations, including trading and racketeering.

His prosecutor Alyaksandr Shapiro claimed that the victims in this case were capable of women who could leave at will, giving a hint of the points that the legal team would probably present during the closure of the arguments scheduled for the end of this week on Thursday and Friday.

Mr. Kombs was “unfortunately violent, but violence in the family is not a trading of sex,” said Ms Shapiro.

Prosecutors claim that former Mr. Kombs’ girlfriends were forced to unwanted sexual actions with drugs, violence and other means.
