In his filing, Dumontet called Quinn movements “intentionally and without justification.” She said he tried to work out the issues with her, but she “stones”.
He asked the court to “end the games by compelling (Quinn) to provide complete responses within 30 days and by ordering (Quinn) (which is self-represented) to pay” sanctions, which is ordered by court, in the amount of $ 5,590.
On the list of questions sent Dumontet Quinn, she asked her to provide a list of all the third parties that provided her support in the last 12 months.

The Court allowed the Quinn petition, which requires Dumontet to stay 100 yards away from it.
Quinn also had a unique use of their home in Los Angeles. Dumontet accused the reality star of abandoning the home.
In August 2024, Dumonte attorney wrote, “It is clear that (Quinn) does not maintain the property as the marital home, or the family home for the child. (Quinn) does not live in the property and has not been held since at least July this year.”
