Update 3/28/25 at 8:32 AM ET – Family Selena Quintanilla-Pérez spoke out after the singer’s murderer, Yolanda saldívarHe was refused parole.

Texas Pardons and Paroles Board announced by statement obtained by Weekly US On Thursday, March 27, that Saldívar case was reviewed by a “parole panel of three” a day before its parole competence date, which was on Sunday, March 30.
