See the moments from the trial of the MEENDEZ brothers in 1993

This week, Eric and Lale Menendez, who have spent over 30 years of imprisonment for the killings of their parents in 1989, set up their case for parole.

The brothers will appear separately before the State Council of Parish Liberation in California.

In 1996, the couple was sentenced to life imprisonment without the possibility of parole for the death of Kitty and Jose Menendez.

In May, the judge reduced his sentence to 50 years of life, which made them parole. On Friday, Eric will hear on Thursday and Lale.

Video from the first pair trial in 1993, which resulted in a court decision from a dier jury, shows that the brothers become emotional when discussing murder and years of allegedly abusing parents.
