Sean “Didi” Grabs raped and attacks on the ex-assistant, tells the court

Former Magnate’s Assistant, “Didi”, Kombs told the New York court that he had repeatedly had sexual attacks on her when she was at work for eight years.

The witness – who anonymously testified about the nickname “Miya” – also said with tears that she lived in the battle of violent rage from Mr. when she worked nearby.

The hip-hop watched the defense table with his knees when she testified to her fears for repayment of his alleged abuse.

The 55 -year -old Mr. Kombs did not find himself guilty of federal charges of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation to participate in prostitution.

“I couldn’t tell him about the sandwich,” she said. “I couldn’t tell him anything.”

The legal team of Mr. -on the Combt was not yet able to interrogate Mi or to answer her claims.

She is the second witness in the lawsuit in New York, who claims that Mr. Kombs were sexually cruelly with her, as well as the former girl Mr. Kombs Cassandra Ventura.

Miya testified that she started working in Mr. Kombs as a personal assistant in 2009, when she was in the mid-20’s, joining what she called “chaotic” and “toxic” working situation.

“The highs were really high, and the minimums were really very low,” she said in court on Thursday.

The work demanded that she be “always in sight” Mr. Combs, she testified and “foresee his needs, whims and moods.”

She said it was often required to stay in his homes where she couldn’t close the door and leave without the rapper’s permission.

At one time, working in Mr. Combs, he often forcibly, Miya testified.

One day, she said she threw a bowl of spaghetti, which narrowly missed her head, said Mia in court.

Another time, she said, Mr. Kombs threw her computer into Mi’s head when she told him that Wi -fi was still coming out, she testified.

She also testified to a different situation where she witnessed Mr. Kombs, who was a violent with her ex-girl, Mrs. Ventura, who became a close friend with Miya while working on the rapper.

Mia once went on vacation with a couple in the Turks and Kaikos, she said in court. One day late on the trip, she said that Ms. Ventura escaped into her room, shouting that Mr. Kombs was “going to kill me,” she testified. They escaped and hid on the beach, she said.

In addition, in this holiday, Miya testified that she and Mrs. Ventura used a plaque for the oar to go into the water to avoid Mr. Grushany, who went there on the beach. Before they understood this, the sky became dark, imposing the storm.

“I tried to weigh when it was more terrible to face my mother -nature, or return to Pouf (Mr. Combs),” Miya testified.

Miya was also there one night in 2013 when she said that Mr. Kombs knocked on the door of Ms. Ventura in Los -Angeles.

She testified that he attacked her and cut off his eyebrow, throwing her on the bed. Miya told the court that she tried to jump on Mr. Kombs’ back, but he threw it against the wall.

“He will actually kill her,” Miya said, thinking about herself.

Miya told the court that, despite the abuse of Mr. Kombs to Ms. Ventura, she did not tell him because “she believed that the power of the PUF is above the police.”

She testified about numerous cases where Mr. Kombs were supposed to be sexual attack, including once when she said she woke up from him, trying to rape her.

Miya told the court that the attacks began at the beginning of her career, working in Mr. Cuba, including one night at her 40th birthday at the Plaza Hotel in New York.

She said he gave her two vodka that hit her “very strongly”, kissed her and put her hand up.

Another night, between 2009-10, when Miya slept in a bunk bed at Mr. Kombs’ house in Los Angeles, she said she woke up to the “weight” of Mr. Kombs. She was embarrassed, she said, and Mr. Kombs began to rape her.

“I just froze,” she said. “It was very fast, but it felt like forever.”

Miya told the court that Mr. Kombs had sexually attacking her “sporadically” throughout the time, working on the rapper.

But she told the court that she did not always remember the details, only “a dark feeling in my stomach.”

The prosecutor pressed why she did not say “no” when Mr. Kombs attacked her or went to the police, Miya told the court that she was afraid of what she would do.

“I knew his strength,” she said. “I knew his control over me and I didn’t want to lose everything I worked so much.”

She told the court that another assistant for the message of violence was fired against Ms. Ventura.

Mr. Combs also threatened to tell Ms. Ventur, a close girlfriend Mia about sexual meetings between them, she testified.

After the alleged attacks, Mia told the court that she tried to do her best to pretend that the “most shameful thing” of her life never happened.

Asked by the prosecutor’s office why she told her story in court, she replied: “I had to say the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.”

Miy will continue to testify on Friday, and the Mr. Combs defense team will be able to question it at the booth.
