Scott Porter Know Ginny & georgia Fans are not happy with Paul, he feels a little hypocritical.
“This is the thing, this congregation will forgive Georgia forever. For anything she will ever do,” said Porter, 46, in Sunday, August 10, Interview with YouTuber Joe Fox. “If you do one thing to spit Georgia, you will be removed from the ground as far as so many people are concerned.”
The actor argued that Paul’s response to Georgia (Brianne Howey) lie “correctly,” but his actions were “wrong.” Porter referred specifically to a scene in season 3, which performed for the first time earlier this summer, where Paul became so angry that he hit a wall above Georgia’s head, triggering his PTSD of past abusive relationships.
“The physical act of hitting a cabinet out of frustration – and you can immediately see him in his eyes – (calling) immediately distress because he knows what that means to her,” Porter expanded on Sunday. “He knows what she did and did not purposefully. It was something he wanted he could take back.”
Porter understands the emotion Behind Paul’s behavior, adding, “But he loved her in spite of all the things he said to him. I think people forget all the secrets Paul revealed during their relationship and still forgive and move on and move on and move forward and trust and trust and ask for a partnership that she was never ready to give.”
