He continued, “And for those of you who pushed me to this, all of you who had been responsible for making her feel this way, I wish you had to see me and I wish you had to watch me perform a CPR for 15 minutes until the first responders arrived.

“I wish you had to see a heartbreaking Freya trying to understand why she could never see her mother again,” he added, referring to his daughter and Raines.

“I would like you to understand what you were doing before you did before it had to go this far and I would like you to understand that words have real and terrible results,” said Ethan.

Ethan finished the video by sharing that he intends to continue his wife’s mission with the rescue. “I will not let Mikayla’s light be extinguished,” he said. “I’m going to continue to push to save the remaining fur farm foxes and, after that, save as many animals as possible.”
