Sarah Michelle Gellar celebrates her late friend Shannen Doherty-Birthday almost a year after her death.
“As long as I can remember, we have celebrated our birthdays together @theshando,” wrote Gellar, 47, through Instagram On Saturday, April 12, sharing a carousel of images throwing back from the besties. “This year, I will keep that tradition and celebrate you.”
He continued, “I’m so glad we were all together on this day last year, not knowing that it would be the last like this. Happy Birthday, Shannen. 🕊️. “

In the meantime, Gellar also re -mailed his social media tribute on his Instagram stories, with the headline, “Happy Birthday @Theshhano.”
