Ms. Dhoni’s leadership has left an unforgettable brand on the Indian Cricket, and his ability to transform teams continues to win choirs. Ms. Dhoni had directed a young Indian cricket team and with no experience in the inaugural title of the T20 World Cup in 2007 and shocked everyone with his quiet and calculated captaincy.
Four years later, India won the World Hate Cup in 2011 under Dhoni’s captaincy after 28 years, and how could a cricket fan forget his iconic six at the Mumbai Wankhed Stadium packing in the final against Sri Lanka? The legendary Wicketkeeper had played a 98* iconic blow to the final.
Six years later, in 2013, the former Indian Captain reached another milestone as a pattern, leading the men in blue in the CPI champions trophy in England, demonstrating once again that his leadership could cause an average or without experience team to perform at a higher level and win the Silverware.

Recently, former Cricter Indi Sanjay Manjrekar has given a rich praise to Dhoni, comparing his impact as leader to legendary captains like Imran Khan. Manjrekar emphasized how Dhoni’s leadership style – an alm, strategic and inspiring – continues to establish a point of reference for the Indian cricket.
Sanjay Manjrekar told Stalin Mathias’s YouTube channel: “I would classify Imran Khan since the past days, and after that, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, as far as Captain could do. I thought he raised the team bar and even had an average team of times sometimes, an inexperienced team, for example, in the 2007 T20 -world, World Cup, to win.
He also greeted Dhoni to make the impossible possible, as the teams under him thrived and brought home trophies. The commentator also pointed out the legendary composition of the cricket in high pressure matches, especially the finals, saying that there is no captain like him in the great games.
Manjrekar further explained, “and I think it was different when it came to performances on the big stage. He played in the final in the same way as one of the previous league games would play. I think the time, only this stay for the great finals, can reach many players and would definitely reach a few captains. MS was different in this regard.”

Previously, Shreyas Gopal greeted Mrs. Dhoni, saying that being MSD is not as easy as it seems. The Bowler said that fans only see fame, cheerful and celebrations, but only a few realize the level of humility, empathy and care that brings to the game and his teammates.
Gopal noted that Dhoni is not only a Cricket legend, but his simplicity and its founded nature, even one of the most celebrated cricketers in the world, makes him more admirable and larger. His leadership approach is another reason he stands out.
He also said that Dhoni teaches to handle the star, to lead a team and to finish the games under pressure. Gopal also mentioned that coaches, teammates and cricket experts often point out that learning from Dhoni is how to attend a captaincy masterclass.
