Former Indian National Cricket Equip, Sanjay Manjrekar, made a brutal excavation in the modern Battle of Virat Kohli, as he commented on the first test between India and England.

Kohli is absent from the ongoing test series between India and England because a month before he started, the battle superstar had announced his retirement from the longest format of the game.
In his absence, the newly appointed Shubman Gill test pattern has assumed the number 4 site and has given his place number 3 in Sai Sudharsan with Kl Rahul and Yasasvi Jaiswal opening the tickets.
India lost its release to the test series and was invited to BAT. Rahul and Jaiswal’s opening duo showed a battle masterclass against Chris Woakes, Brydon Cars, Jos Tongue and Ben Stokes, and India began.
Rahul and Jaiswal found themselves mostly in the middle and became the first opening couple to record a fifty more opening stand in the first entrances to a Leeds test since Graeme Smith and Alviro Petersen gathered 120 runs in 2012.
Rahul and Jaiswal’s brilliant battles show impressed Sanjay Manjrekar, who shown Rich Praise to the duo, but also took advantage of a Kohli virated excavation. Sanjay Manjrekar highlighted as Jaiswal and Rahul left the deliveries out of the outside and said that an old baptism (shot Kohli) would have managed to chase after the deliveries.
“ Full, full -fashioned pounds were left alone. Jaiswal has done it. Everything that has been thrown into the bumps, it has led. Everything that has been wide, it seemed to score. KL Rahul did not have a delivery or tried to play a single delivery that has been full, outside from outside. Anything that has been wide, came out with a covered driving, ” said Manjrekar.
“So many things you see are creating for these two batters and my hat is out. We know an old baptism that would have passed after this installment and got into trouble. But not these two,” he added.
Above all, Kohli’s external weakness horrified him in the border-Gavaskar 2024-25 trophy when he was chasing the deliveries in the fourth and fifth line of strain on eight times.

Sanjay Manjrekar also greeted the Indian shake unit with no experience, saying that they all have a good technique to beat in difficult conditions. Said:
“That is why I think this is a young line of battle. But when you look at their battle technique, they have the technique to survive in challenging proof conditions. Sai Sudarshan also. The feeling of T20 will be well defended. Ris Hurbh Pant has a good defense.
“Jadja too. Karun Nair, I’m not sure how it will go. But these two have shown that, for the openers, they are ideal with their defensive technique.”
