San Diego Airport survived the crash to an emergency plane

Investigators are studying whether foggy conditions and technical failures at the San Diego airport, which turned off the lights, which should direct the pilots, may have played a role in the plane crash.

The Cessna 550 crashed on Thursday in a residential neighborhood, burning cars and destroying at least one house.

Authorities say all six are on board the dead, including the former drummer for the rock band The Devil News Prada and the loud music agent.

At a press conference on Friday, NTSB Investigator Dan Baker said the agency was receiving assistance from the FBI because it works for collecting and preserving evidence from the scene.

He said the investigators found that the aircraft hit the high voltage transmission lines before crashing into the houses in the Murphy Canyon neighborhood, approximately two miles from the Montgomery airport – where the plane was coming from.

The accident occurred around 3:45 local time (10:45 GMT), and about 100 people had to be evacuated from the neighborhood in the northeast of the city of San Diego.

Eight people were injured, including the one who was taken to the hospital.

The previous NTSB report is expected to be published within 30 days, with the final report in the next 12 – 24 months.

The names of four of the six were released on board.

25 -year -old Emma Huk and 24th Kendal Fortner were named in the plane to their employer, Sound Talent Group.

Fortner “was the life of the party and caught fire in any room she entered,” the company said on Friday.

Huk was “a beautiful soul that brought joy and light to all her presence.”

Earlier, the company confirmed the death of its co -founder, the famous music agent Dave Shapiro. Shapiro worked with rock bands, including the sum of 41, “History of the Year”, “Parcvey Drive” and singer Vanessa Carlton.

A few hours before the disaster, he posted images on Instagram about himself and Shapiro, who was sitting in the cockpit, reports San Diego Union-Tribune.

Williams was the founder of Devil Wers Prada and part of Christian Metal Band for over 10 years before parting with ways in 2016.

The band posted a number of photos of Williams on Instagram, showing it with the drums, flew in the plane and at different moments with the mates.

“No words. We owe you everything,” the message said. “I love you forever.”
