Salvador will not return Kilmar Abreg Garcia, a citizen of Salvadoran, which the US government mistakenly deported to its native country, where it is kept in the notorious mega.

President Naib Bokele made comments during a meeting on Monday at the White House with Donald Trump, with which he shares his strong relationship.

Last week, the US Supreme Court ruled that the Trump administration should “promote” the return of Mr. Abreg Garcia, who lives in Merilend with his family and received protection against the court deportation in 2019.

Trump’s administration claims that he cannot bring him home, and the Prosecutor General Bondi said he “to Salvador if they want to return it.”

Trump praised the Booker for a new partnership in which the United States can deport people who claim to be members of the gang in Central America. Mr. Garcia, whose lawyer stated that he was not a member of the gang, was among 238 Venezuelans and 23 salvadorians, Trump’s administration deported to the Solvador Center for Terrorism (CECOT).

On Sunday, US Secretary of State Mark Rubio said that 10 other assumed gang members were sent there despite legal problems about those who have already deported. The United States is considering their suspects in MS-13 members and Tren de Aragua, which Trump is appointed “foreign terrorist organizations”.

In response to the preliminary ruling of the US Supreme Court, the administration should contribute to the return of Mr. Abreg Garcia to the US, the lawyers wrote on Sunday, which was a matter of foreign policy -and in control of courts.

Last week, Trump told reporters that if the Supreme Court said, “Return anyone, I will do it.”

The government acknowledged that Mr. Abreg Garcia was deported from the “administrative mistake”, although he also claims that he is a member of the MS -13 gang -what his lawyer denies.

Officials were ordered to provide daily step updates to return Mr. Abreg Garcia to the US.

Relations between Trump and Bokel have flourished since Trump’s return to the White House in January, after the Booker agreed to accept the deported deported, which helped Trump in his promise to accept mass deportations.

Writing on X, Rubio said the alliance was “an example of security and well -being in our hemisphere.”

On the eve of the trip to Book to Washington, Trump praised his colleague, who positioned himself as a leader who brutally treats crimes.

Trump said the Booke was engaged in “fantastic work” in prison very bad people … who never had to be admitted to our country. “

So far, the Trump team has sent more than 200 migrants, which has been accused of gang members. Many of them were removed from the country, using a law that dates back to 1798.

Members of the family of some previously deported to the notorious Salvadoransk prison, known as Sycot, denied that they had gang ties.

One woman in Venezuela, Mirelis Kasik Lopez, recently reported the BBC Mundo that her son was among the detainees when she saw his photo were taken.

She suggested that he was aimed at US authorities from his tattoos.

Announcing the removal of another 10 “criminals” in a social media report on Sunday, Rubio did not say whether the last group was sent specifically to Cecot.

Earlier, the administration published images of deported who arrived at the facility – and the secretary security secretary Christie Noah visited last month.

Asked if he had problems about the allegations of human rights violations, Trump told reporters: “I do not see it.”
